There are courses in both universities. I knew, a graduate of Syracuse, but not yet fulfilled BU graduates ... but it's probably because I live in PA, not in the Northeast. BU has a good reputation, good ... it would probably do well in both. Visit universities and also to create an environment for the services. Then go right to the view that for you.
Let me give you an example, visit medical schools, Johns Hopkins visited my friend who was often in the Top-5-space, but she felt it very hard when he visited there and decided to go elsewhere for E. School . I am sure that it is effective or doctor, but it was a success, it is gone, and I liked their program.
