Me and a group of people who go who want to train a few hours in a studio. Is there a dance studio in Houston, where I have to pay a certain sum to be there for a number of hours? Just as in a closed session.

You can do that in a market economy. Call and check. The agreement is impressive, and I would recommend are classes!
You should try to practice at the YMCA and has ample space for free:)
