I have PDF files on my SD card manually, but you do not know where they are in a position that is Palm PDF reader.

Google Filez and unloading. This is one of the best programs for Palm and is freeware.
You can then load the file. Pdf on the SD Card and Palm Reader from Adobe if you do not find the SD card can, use Filez to move the file to Palm's internal memory. You should be able to load Adobe Reader, and it should open the file from the internal memory.
