occurs over one or two hours per day. Usually when I move my head when I walk and sometimes when I'm calm.
What are the possible reasons for the dizziness?

Mayb its the lexapro 20mg .25 mg of alprazolam, that ur taking .. or what did you expect
The dose of alprazolam is low, but could be the cause. I suspect the Lexapro because I had a similar feeling with Effexor. You should talk to your doctor about the dizziness. Both drugs do not work. If the treatment has recently been a little time. Starting dose and dose escalation dizziness caused some til you "leveling".
If the vertigo is severe, could be another cause - the inner ear, cardiovascular diseases, etc.
